Refund & Returns Policy

At TenVogueFashion.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains how you can return products and request refunds.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel, such as underwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the following address:

2.2 Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2 Refund Approval

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3.3 Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
